Buyers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, where permitted by law.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
